A developing device for a wet electro-photographic imaging device is provided to increase the life of the developing device and increase image quality by separately adding an ink cartridge. A developing roller(112) supplies an ink to a photosensitive body(110) on which an electrostatic latent image is formed, and develops the electrostatic latent image. A developing container(130) contains the ink supplied to the developing roller. An ink cartridge(150) supplies the ink to the developing container, and simultaneously recovers the ink used in development from the developing container, and contains the recovered ink. An agitator is composed in the ink cartridge to agitate the ink stored in the ink cartridge.
