A flat panel display device is provided to form a screen by using a proximity exposure method or a screen printing method, and simplify manufacturing procedures and reduce costs by eliminating the necessity of forming holes at the side wall of the plasma display device. A flat panel display device comprises a front panel(100) including a screen on which a phosphor is deposited; a cathode for generating electron beams so as to emit light from the phosphor; a plurality of electrode units for deflecting, focusing, and controlling the electron beams; and a rear panel(110) where the cathode and the electrode units are attached. The front panel and the rear panel form a package structure. The rear panel has four side walls for spacing the rear panel apart from the front panel. At least two or more side walls from among the four side walls are formed integrally with each other. |
