摘要 A reverse flow combustor for a gas turbine and a method for reducing NOx among exhaust gas are provided to minimize exhaust gas, and to operate the combustor actively at full load or at high temperature as well as at low load or at low temperature by using a swirler and a mixer. A reverse flow combustor(102) of a gas turbine comprises a cylindrical combustor casing(112) having an end cap(120) and an opening end communicated with the gas turbine, a cylindrical combustor liner(122) arranged in the casing to define a combustion chamber(124) inside and a reverse flow fluid passage(132) between the casing the liner outside, a swirler and mixer assembly(140) having swirlers and mixers arranged annularly and composed of central bodies, inner and outer swirlers and shrouds with annular taper walls, a dome plate(134) between the combustion chamber and the swirler and mixer assembly, a first fluid transfer system communicated with the swirlers and the mixers to inject fuel to the outer swirler, and a second fluid transfer system communicated with a fuel source through a fluid passage and controlled independently to each swirler and mixer.
