OUTBIN FULL DETECTING SENSOR AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS THEREOF

A device for sensing the full loading of an output paper loading part and an imaging device having the same are provided to improve the efficiency of the output paper loading part by impacting output papers modified by the heat of a fuser. A full loading sensing lever(220) is rotatably installed in a shaft(210) installed in a longitudinal direction of a paper ejecting part. A pressing unit(230) presses output papers loaded in an output paper loading part in a gravity direction. An upper surface of the pressing unit interferes with the full loading sensing lever. The full loading sensing lever has a protrusion rib(221) protruded and formed at its one side. The pressing unit has a pressing lever(231) and an elastic member(232). The pressing lever is installed in a lower surface of the projection rib. When the pressing lever is rotated, the projection rib interferes by the pressing lever. The pressing lever presses the output papers in the gravity direction. The elastic member is installed in the pressing lever.
