An apparatus for fabricating the microlens array and a method for fabricating the microlens array by using the same are provided to easily exchange the new polymer sheet so as to perform the new manufacturing process. An apparatus(10) for fabricating the microlens array includes an electric furnace, a temperature sensing device(15), a heating device(13), a temperature controller(23), a cover(14) and a vacuum system. The temperature sensing device(15) is installed adjacent to the polymer sheet in the electric furnace to detect the temperature of the polymer sheet. The heating device(13) is installed at the outside of the electric furnace to raise the temperature of the polymer sheet to the temperature at which the polymer sheet has fluidity. The temperature controller(23) is installed at the outside of the electric furnace to control the heating device(13) and the temperature sensing device(15). The cover(14) is separated from the polymer sheet to separate the inner space of the electric furnace from the outside. The vacuum system generates the pressure difference between the outside part of the die tube and the inner space of the die tube.
