A compression keeping pack and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to assemble a check valve and a receiving pack without opening and closing the receiving pack. The compression keeping pack includes a check valve(200), and a receiving pack having a through-hole, on which a check valve is mounted, and an opening which is closed and opened by a zipper. The check valve(200) includes a valve body(220) having a first air vent(222) having an elastic plate(260) and an airtight plate(221) forming an airtight face with the receiving pack, and a pressing plate(241) having a protrusion for pressing the center of the elastic plate(260) and a second air vent(242) coupled with the first air vent(222). The widths and the lengths of the check valve and the through-hole are different so that the airtight plate(221) is inserted through the through hole and is turned to airtightly close the through hole.
