APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING VIBRATION OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

An apparatus for preventing vibration of a reciprocating compressor is provided to improve a vibration absorption rate and prevent a collision between a compressor main body and a casing by reducing horizontal movement of the compressor main body. A compressor main body(20) is formed of a reciprocating motor generating driving power for reciprocating in a straight line and a compressing unit receiving driving power of the reciprocating motor for compressing a fluid. A plurality of coil springs(130) fix the compressor main body inside a casing(10), wherein the plurality of coil springs are non-linear coil springs of which diameters are irregular. The elasticity of the non-linear coil springs acting to a vertical direction is smaller than the elasticity of linear coil springs, thereby increasing a vibration absorption rate. The elasticity of the non-linear coil springs acting to a horizontal direction is larger than the elasticity of linear coil springs, thereby preventing the non-linear coil springs from perturbing from a journal orbit when the non-linear coil springs expands and contract in a vertical direction.
