A coil separator is provided to firmly mount a vertical deflection coil on a coil separator regardless of the change in the thickness of the screen bent portion of the vertical deflection coil. A coil separator(30) includes an inner surface on which a horizontal deflection coil is mounted, and an outer surface on which a vertical deflection coil(40) is mounted. The coil separator includes a neck portion(31), a screen portion(32), and a connection portion(33) for connecting the neck portion and the screen portion. The coil separator has, at the outer surface thereof, vibration prevention protrusions(A') corresponding to pin sections(45) of the vertical deflection coil, respectively.
