A full color OLED having a color filter layer or a color conversion layer is provided to maintain a white balance by forming a color filter layer or a color conversion layer on a top face or a bottom face of an emission layer by a laser transfer method. The first electrode(550) is formed on an insulating substrate(100). The second electrode(650) is formed on the first electrode. An organic layer(600) having an emission layer is inserted between the first and second electrodes. The first and second electrodes are formed with transparent electrodes. A plurality of color filter layers(710a,710b,710c) or a plurality of color conversion layers are formed on an opposite side to an adjacent side of the emission layer of the transparent electrode by a laser transfer method.
