A fluctuation adjusting system for a balance shaft module is provided to adjust fluctuation of oil caused by variation of oil viscosity derived from temperature variation. A fluctuation adjusting system for a balance shaft module includes a spool valve(20) and a damping orifice section(26). The spool valve(20) is installed in a hydraulic circuit formed between a constantly-driven oil pump(16) and an intermittently-driven oil pump(18) in order to adjust pressure of oil discharged from the constantly-driven oil pump(16) and the intermittently-driven oil pump(18). The damping orifice section(26) is installed at one side of the spool valve(20) in order to reduce fluctuation of oil. The damping orifice section(26) includes an opening degree adjustment part, an actuator and a controller.
