Signal of complex current through two-terminal circuit or standard comes through key, current-voltage converter and scale amplifier to input of analog-digital converter. two-terminal circuit parameters are determined in block for determining two-terminal circuit parameters according to its replacement scheme and fixed results of measurement of complex currents through two-terminal circuit and standard at each of its n frequencies. Device also has block for controlling measurement, block for controlling frequency and block for setting replacement scheme. ^ EFFECT: possible alteration of parameters of two-terminal circuit, which is remote from measurement means. ^ 5 dwg |
