FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has balloon for keeping liquid having opening for liquid to escape, hygroscopic tampon for covering an area to be treated and means for fixing the hygroscopic tampon in front of the opening releasing liquid from the balloon. The means for fixing tampon are manufactured as a whole with the balloon and are shaped as arch bearing the tampon. The balloon is sealed with detachable cork separable by applying angular movement about balloon axis. The arch has lateral pedicles connected to the balloon with their ends allowing screw-type deformations to provide arch rotation. ^ EFFECT: low production costs. ^ 6 cl, 9 dwg |
