FIELD: medicine, oncosurgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: after mobilization one should cross duodenum obliquely, resect the stomach in its proximal part with oblique section along the greater curvature, remove macropreparation, form gastroduodenoanastomosis, after the first row of sutures of anterior anastomosis wall apply 2 serous-muscular interrupted sutures at lateral edge of gastroduodenoanastomosis at the distance of 1.5 cm being proximally against the anastomosis to be sutured to duodenal wall being 0.5 cm distally against anastomosis line, perform puncturing in and puncturing out crosswise the anastomosis. The innovation enables to accelerate the passage out of an organ's stump, provide rhythmic and partial evacuation out of gastric stump and prevent dumping syndrome. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. ^ 1 ex |
