FIELD: processes and equipment for disintegrating materials at moistening them. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing in which are arranged: rotor, disintegrating members and pipeline. Rotor is in the form of boss mounted in vertical shaft and having mutually parallel discs rigidly secured to it. Disintegrating members are mounted between said discs with possibility of rotation on axles secured to upper and lower discs. Vertical ducts are formed in upper part of boss. Said ducts are communicated with radial ducts inside one disc arranged over lower disc. Pipeline is mounted along axis of rotor in upper part of housing whose inner surface is in the form of deck. Apparatus may have annular bead on periphery of working surface of upper disc in front of axles of disintegrating members. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of disintegrating hard materials. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
