FIELD: sugar industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: process comprises heating sugar-containing solution, in particular diffusion juice, raw sugar melt syrup, or molasses solution. Water-soluble polymer, selected from organosilicon polymer compounds with functional and completing groups, is added to solution as flocculant in two steps separated by interval. Resulting non-sugar precipitate is separated from solution.
