FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out cross-sectional osteotomy at the level of segment's metaepiphyses along with forming a longitudinal osseous splitting off in area of proximal metaepiphysis from the side of vascular-nervous bundle. Then it is necessary to conduct a dosed traction of isolated osseous fragments till restoring the desired length and biomechanical axis of a limb. One should keep osseous splitting off to be intact in the course of traction of the main fragments.
