FIELD: medicine, oncology. ^ SUBSTANCE: at treating patients with pancreatic cancer one should suture in pancreatic section into the stomach, moreover, it is necessary to keep vascular arch out of left- and right-hand gastro-omental vessels. One should cross gastric body along the greater curvature to be perpendicular for 5 cm, suture both anterior and posterior walls of crossed stomach together, pancreatic section should be sutured into isolated gastric part being distally against the site of its crossing.
