FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has body and attachment unit manufactured as glass manufactured from dielectric material. Electrostatic field exciter unit rotates on drive shaft and is mounted in the attachment unit. The exciter unit has radial members mounted on the drive shaft and end member. The radial members are engageable with internal surface of the attachment unit walls and build electrization pair with attachment material. The end member is engageable with internal surface of the attachment unit bottom and builds electrization pair with attachment material. External surface of the attachment unit walls has taper with diameter growing small towards the bottom.
