FIELD: agriculture, veterinary medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with selecting the samples and their transportation for further testing. Liquid sample should be applied into a sterile syringe due to vacuum through a pipette for recto-cervical insemination in cows. Pipette and a syringe should be connected with a coupling the length of which enables to change the angle of syringe's inclination against a pipette, moreover, a free end of pipette should be applied at an angle in cavitary organ. After selecting the samples on should disconnect the coupling and the pipette against the syringe, and its cannula should be covered with a cap. The present innovation enables to increase the safety of working process while selecting liquid samples out from remote sections of cavitary organs followed by their transportation for further laboratory investigation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of selection. ^ 1 dwg
