The device has a set of truncated Roman tile portions with slant truncated portions (41-42, 41-42) arranged symmetrically on both sides of a bisecting plane of symmetry. The slant portions located on the same side of the plane parallel to a slanting line (45) have their longitudinal edges (125) placed against each other. The Roman tile portions are arranged such that they form a mono-block assembly. The plane of symmetry is bisected by the angle formed by alignment planes (P1, P2) of the ends (127) of larger width of the slant truncated tile portions. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process for fabrication of a tile assembly arranging device (b) a process for installation of a tile assembly arranging device.
