Air passes from a first volume (V0,P0) to a second volume (V1,P1) through a conduit (2) which is contained within a tank (4) and houses a tubular element (3) with filaments (F1,F2) placed on either side. Tank and conduit are grease coated (5) to collect dust. The filaments are heated to ambient temperature then to a temperature below 100 degrees C and the evolution of their resistances enables the pressure difference to be measured An Independent claim is also included for : A method of measuring small pressure differences between two volumes of air by analysing the evolution of the electrical resistance of two filaments on either side of a tubular throttle within a conduit |
