A cover unit (30) is joined to a container (20) and has a press body (34) having a slide block (345) which can be located for constant discharge of water out of a spray mouthpiece (50) without interruption. The press body can control the movement of a water-stop valve (60). The force applied onto the press body is parallel with the attitude of the water-stop valve, allowing a balance of forces in operation and effectively preventing the distortion of the water-stop valve and thus the leak of both air and water from the container.
