The system has two valve disks (19, 21) with circular surfaces (37, 39, 51, 53) activated by pressure. The surfaces (51, 53) are separated from the surfaces (37, 39) in a closed state of the disks. The surfaces (51, 53) are activated via a bypass groove (49), so that the surfaces (37, 39, 51, 53) are connected. A throttling (19d, 21d) is positioned in the zone of the surfaces (51, 53).
