<p>A quality control system includes a device for quality testing and for evidence of authenticity of the structured or embossed features by means of laser diffraction. A device is provided for on-line measurement of magnetic properties, such as remanence, magnetic flux, coercive field strength as well as magnetic or electric coding. A camera system (5) detects and verifies the optical properties of functional or decorative layers and a camera system is also provided for taking the absolute dimensions of indicators, patterns, letters etc. over the total width of the material sheet, in which the individual components of the quality control system are used separately or in variable combinations according to the job requirements. An independent claim is given for application of the quality control system.</p> |
