PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the accuracy and efficiency of retrieval and further efficiently collect information by reflecting information sent by email on retrieval results. SOLUTION: The number of times that information was sent attaching to emails, the text of each email, and the time when each email was sent are reflected on the order of presenting retrieval results.
