PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access information management server which makes Web access from users efficient by adding a function for accumulating or managing an accessed process to access information using the Web. SOLUTION: On the ground of the instructions of a user, an access information control unit 10 refers to a request issued by a Web browser 3 and a response of a Web server 5 for the request, associates the referred request with the response to prepare a piece of process list data under a predetermined condition, and accumulates it in a process list database 7. In addition, the access information control unit 10, in response to user's instruction and on the basis of information on a URL included in the process list data or the like, again acquires content corresponding to a selected URL, or deletes a selected piece of the process list data.
