PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote locking/unlocking device enhancing recognition rate of transmitting signal and improving reliability of the locking/unlocking device by a remote operation. SOLUTION: A reversion locking/unlocking signal constituted by bit reversion value whose each bit value of locking/unlocking signal transmitted from a transmitter 1 and the locking/unlocking signal revised in the binary base is received by a control circuit 2. Locking/unlocking signal and reversed locking/unlocking signal are compared with each other in corresponding every bit by CPU213 of the control circuit 2, and the locking/unlocking signals are corrected based on the comparison result.
