PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood-sucking insect collector that is compact, inexpensive and easily handleable. SOLUTION: The mosquito collector 1 is equipped with a carbon dioxide generator 2 that releases carbon dioxide gas and contains ascorbic acid, or the like, and a mosquito-adhesive pad 4 that adheres the mosquitoes M induced by the carbon dioxide released from the carbon dioxide generator 2, and the carbon dioxide generator 2 is preferably covered with a gas-permeating multiple-layer film.
