PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of enhancing desire of a player to win prizes. SOLUTION: This pinball game machine has a lottery means 114 for winning/losing a big prize; a game form changing means 118 for opening a big prize winning hole in a specified period of time; a probability fluctuation and processing means 11a for changing a lottery probability of big prize winning to a large value; a fluctuation pattern storing means 262 for storing a first fluctuation pattern group which has a long period of time of fluctuation, and a second fluctuation pattern group which has a short period of time of fluctuation; a fluctuation pattern balloting means 117 for selecting one of changing patterns by balloting; a big prize winning division lottery means 115 for selecting by drawing at least a first, a second, and a third big prize winning divisions as a big prize winning; and a control means 10 for making a combination of operation of the game form changing means 118 according to the result of the lottery, operation of the probability fluctuation and processing means 11a and a lottery from either the first or the second fluctuation pattern group according to a specified combination and executing the combinaiton.
