PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pneumatic chocolate comprising a pneumatic chocolate composition having a small amount of an emulsifier added, and presenting high overrun; and to provide a method for efficiently producing a large amount of chocolate-coated confectionery coated with the pneumatic chocolate. SOLUTION: The pneumatic chocolate comprising a pneumatic chocolate composition is produced by using monofatty acid di-organic acid glyceride and/or difatty acid mono-organic acid glyceride as emulsifiers.
