PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lumber phywood excellent in the stability of various physical strengths and durability, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This lumber plywood 1 is special plywood composed of a face material 11, crossband crossing materials 12 and 14, a core material 13, a back board material 15 and an adhesive layer 16. This special plywood has the adhesive layer 16 between the core material 13 and the face material 11 as well as between the crossband crossing materials 12 and 14 and the adhesive layer 16 contains reinforcing fibers, an adsorbent and an additive material (not shown in Fig.).
