<p>The device has a base plate (11) fastened to the ground, and a barrier element turning about a rotary shaft in the plate. The shaft (5) is coupled to a drive via a self-locking gear, so that the barrier element (2) can be moved between horizontal and vertical positions. The element consists partially of an elastically deformable material and/or is partially springy, so as to cause no damage to vehicle and/or element, when the vehicle drives over it. The drive is connected via a regulator to a low voltage supplier or an accumulator. The regulator is connected to a receiver, so that when receiving electromagnetic radiation, the circuit is closed.</p> |
