<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reflecting device, which is used to improve sound effect by reflecting a sound traveling to the rear part of a stage, of a sound generated by a musical instrument to an auditorium, characterized in that the sound reflecting device can be transported and carried in facilities etc. <P>SOLUTION: The sound reflecting device S is equipped with frames 1 and 1 and a plurality of reflecting plates 2. Each frame is equipped with a base frame 10, a lower frame 11 raised upward from a necessary position of the base frame 10, an oblique frame 12 laid obliquely between the lower frame 11 and the front side of the base frame 10, a rotary frame 13 fitted rotatably to the front, an intermediate frame 14 which is connected to the upper end of the lower frame 11, and an upper frame 15 which is connected to the upper end of the intermediate frame 14.
