PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system capable of automatically setting the power control of a mobile communication terminal and notifying a user of an incoming call when the power supply is turned off.

SOLUTION: The mobile communication system is configured of a mobile communication terminal 10, a base station 20, and a management center 40. The system is provided with a means 51 which is provided in the management center 40 and collects utilization information including time band information at which the terminal 10 is used; a utilization state diagnosing means 53 for calculating a time zone in which the power supply of the terminal 10 is turned off using the utilization state information obtained by this means; a means 14 which is provided in the terminal 10 and controls the power supply of the terminal 10 at the time zone obtained by the means 53, at which the power supply is turned off; and an incoming call history management means 57 which is provided in the management center 40 and creates an incoming call history of the terminal 10 when an incoming call arrives at the terminal 10 during the power-off of the power supply, and transmits the incoming call history to the mobile communication terminal when the mobile communication terminal completes the power-off.
