<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide exercise equipment which prevents the user's shoulders, elbows, wrists or the like from being damaged even when the user grasps handles in an unnatural posture. <P>SOLUTION: In the exercise equipment in which a rotary drive shaft 3 is made to project out of both sides 1a, 1a of the equipment main body 1, an end of a crankshaft 5 is connected to both end projecting shafts 4, 4 respectively, handles 6 are attached to the other ends of the both crankshafts 5, 5 so that they can easily spin, the handles 6 are turned through the crankshafts 5 by the user's driving of the rotary drive shaft 3, grasping the both handles 6, 6, and rehabilitation for the user's shoulders, elbows, wrists or the like is made, the crankshaft 5 is made of elastic material which bents when flexing resistance works to the crankshaft 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
