<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripping member, in which a deforming force is proper to the deformation adapted for a gripping state, which has a favorable gripping feeling and is neither sticky nor give no pain to the finger. <P>SOLUTION: In the gripping member of a writing utensil mounted on the recessed part of a barrel as a gripping part, the gripping member of the writing utensil is made of a silicone rubber composition, which includes 1-10 wt.% of thermoplastic resin minute hollow particles having the average particle diameter of at least 10 μm and not more than 150 μm and the true specific gravity of not more than 0.1 and has the Shore hardness of Hs (JIS A) 10-30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
