PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit capable of maintaining original operation accuracy even when characteristics of a circuit element are changed by the change of a temperature. SOLUTION: Since a power transistor 2 and transistors 3 and 4 are covered with films 7 of gold higher than the heat conductivity of silicon, heat generated from the power transistor 2 is efficiently heat-conducted to the transistors 3 and 4 and the power transistor 2 is protected from overheating. Since the transistors 3 and 4 are also covered with the gold films 7, the heat is equally conducted to the respective transistors 3 and 4, the original operation accuracy is maintained even when the temperature changes and the accuracy of an operation including temperature characteristics of the semiconductor integrated circuit is improved.
