PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal output circuit for improving unsharpened waveform and waveform distortion of an output signal due to effects of a through-current or the like at a transition point. SOLUTION: The differential signal output circuit is provided with: a first output stage for outputting a first output signal from drains of transistors QP1, QN1 connected in series; a second output stage for outputting a second output signal from drains of transistors QP2, QN2 connected in series; a current supply means for supplying a current to the first and second output stages; a first auxiliary drive means C1 for supplying part of the component of a signal in-phase to a signal fed to gates of the transistors QP2, QN2 to the drains of the transistors QP1, QN1; and a second auxiliary drive means C2 for supplying part of the component of a signal in-phase to a signal fed to gates of the transistors QP1, QN1 to the drains of the transistors QP2, QN2.
