PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal device which easily receives equipment specific information such as instruction manual information. SOLUTION: The information terminal device, when receives equipment identification information from equipment 30 for enabling communication with the equipment through first communication means 51, sends the received equipment identification information to a server 40 using second communication means 52. This enables the information terminal device to receive equipment specific information, eliminates the need for a user to input the equipment identification information through a remote control device, and allows automatic reception of the equipment specific information.
