PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually output an image signal of an object which is picked up by a scope and an image signal of identification information of a patient which is input by a keyboard or the like without superimposing into a computer. SOLUTION: An endoscope system is equipped with the scope having an image pickup device and an input device to input the identification information of the patient and also a processor to which the scope and the input device are connected. The processor outputs a first electric signal based on the image signal which is obtained by the image pickup device and a second electric signal which is input by the input device as the signals corresponding to connected surrounding devices. A monitor for the computer is installed which displays the object image based on the image signal through the computer which is connected to the processor. The processor individually outputs the first image signal based on the first electric signal and the second image signal based on the second electric signal into the computer.
