PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the machining efficiency of a mounting part for an upper bush formed on an inner periphery of an outer tube, to prevent the axial displacement of the upper bush, and to easily replace the bush in an inverted front fork for a two-wheel vehicle and the like. SOLUTION: In this inverted front fork 10 for the two-wheel vehicle and the like, an annular ring 71 is formed on an upper inner periphery of the outer tube 11, and two halved bushes 15A, 15B are mounted on the annular groove 71.
