PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip managing widely with the opening width of a mounting hole in a vehicle body panel. SOLUTION: The clip 10 is furnished with a pair of pinching parts 12a and 12b capable of being mounted on a rib 21 formed on a clip mounting seat 20 and a leg part 14 provided on the outside of one of the pinching part 12b in such a way deformable elastically until it goes beyond the pinching surface of the part 12b, wherein the rib 21 is furnished with an engaging hole 23 to admit insertion of the tip of the leg part 14 when the clip 10 is mounted on the rib 21 and inserted into the mounting hole 31 in the mounted condition.
