PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem on technique intended for drilling a rock mass in which a compressor and a discharge port are provided on one of a cylindrical weir having an internally mounted drill and on the other, respectively, for transferring dust generated during drilling to a hose via compressed air from the cylindrical weir and/or the compressor and a water jet portion is disposed on the way of the hose for aggregating the dust so that the dust generated during drilling is trapped while avoiding the back flow of dust and water accumulated in an opening portion of the cylindrical weir to a drilled hole, that the dust is insufficiently trapped and the size of a device is increased. SOLUTION: This dust collector for a working machine such as a drill comprises a drill cone provided on the drill, a collector tube encircling the drill cone, a suction hose connected at one end to the collector tube, a closable collector casing provided at the other end of the hose and having a partition plate and a filtering material, an exhaust pipe provided on the collector casing, fluid stored in the collector casing, an air supply hose provided either on the hose or on the exhaust pipe, and a collector tube closing member provided in the collector tube.
