PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container and its assembly for inexpensively, easily, and effectively utilizing land and a space. SOLUTION: This container is provided with an inclined lifting part 5 for lifting between an opening part 6 and a bottom part 3, by arranging the inclined lifting part 6 in a roof part 4 having strength usable for prescribed use including a bicycle parking garage 7, or arranging the opening part 6 in the roof part 4. Or a container assembly is constituted by directly or indirectly joining a plurality of second containers with respective roof parts having the strength in close contact to a first container with this container as the first container. The opening part is arranged in a part of the roof part, and the inclined lifting part may be arranged for lifting between the opening part and a part of a bottom part of the container assembly via the plurality of containers.
