PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside heat insulation structure eliminating a thermal bridge produced by fixing a panel or an external facing to a metal structural material with a fixing screw. SOLUTION: A lower foaming resin-made thermal insulating furring strip 10 recessing a series of grooves 11 in the longitudinal direction is formed in the opposite contact surface with the external facing 5, the fixing screw 14 is screwed into the metal structural material 1 from each groove 11 of the thermal insulation furring strip 10, and while integrally fixing an underlayer panel 2 and a heat insulating panel 4 between the metal structural material 1 and the thermal insulation furring strip 10, a heat insulation cap 20 is fitted into the groove 11 wherein a screw head 15 is absorbed, or the groove is filled with a heat insulation filler 30 to seal the groove 11, and then, the external facing 5 is oppositely contacted to the thermal insulation furring strip 10 to fix with a nail or the like. The fixing screw 14 is thereby brought into contact with the external facing 5, alternatively it comes into contact with open air atmosphere to prevent the thermal bridge from being formed.
