PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To estimate the quality of a molded product in the injection molding of a resin. SOLUTION: The shape of the molded product is subjected to flow analysis due to a shell mesh (S4) and the absolute value of the flow velocity of a resin at the nodal point in the periphery of a weld occurring part is subjected to time quadrature to extract internal weld moving quantity (S6).
