PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat transfer tube with excellent corrosion resistance and also in heat exchange efficiency between a fluid flowing in the inside and a fluid flowing on the outside with high radiating characteristic or heat absorbing characteristic, and to enable the inexpensive formation of the heat transfer tubes excellent in corrosion resistance and radiating charcteristic or heat absorbing characteristic with a simple structure and an easy production process. SOLUTION: The heat transfer tube 5 comprises a resin-coated layer 3 provided on the circumferential surface of a narrow metallic pipe 1, and a plurality of resin-made circumferential fins 4 continued long in the pipe axial direction, which are protrusively provided on the circumferential surface of the resin-coated layer 3 in an integrated manner.
