The invention relates to biologically active molecules, which interact with thrombin and inhibit the same. The invention particularly relates to molecules of the general formula Y<1>-(NH-X<1>-C=O)-(NH-X<2>-C=O)-(NH-X<3>-C=O)-(NH-X<4>-C=O)-(NH-X<5>-C=O) (NH- X<6>-C=O)-Y<2> , wherein Y<1>, Y<2> and X<1-6> have the meanings given in the description and N- or C-terminal abbreviated variations of said compounds and the use thereof for the production of medicaments.
