POSTURE HOLDING STRUCTURE FOR INFANT AND PILLOW FOR INFANT

A posture holding structure for an infant capable of preventing oxygen saturation from lowering by properly holding the posture of the infant and a pillow for the infant capable of preventing respiratory obstruction from occurring. A posture holding device (60) for the infant comprises a mat (61) extending in longitudinal and lateral directions and a pair of body supports (62) and (63) positioned on the right and left side parts of the mat so as to abut on both side parts of the body of the infant put on the mat. The body supports further comprise lower layer parts (62b) and (63b) supporting the body side-rear faces of the infant from the underside and upper layer parts (62a) and (63a) deviated to the outer sides on the lower layer parts and abutting on the body side parts of the infant from the sides. The pillow (10) for the infant comprises a pair of head part positioning parts (12) having a first height and supporting both side parts of the rear head part of the infant from the underside and a cervical vertebrae (13) having a second height lower than the first height and supporting the neck of the infant positioned by the pair of head part positioning parts.
