<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a vacuum heat insulating panel capable of precluding generation of wrinkles such that the surplus portion of a sack is overlapped on the peripheral edge of the panel surface to generate bulges and of enhancing the production efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: Two core pieces 1 are overlapped in such an arrangement that their filter cloth surface sides having less surface unevenness are positioned outside, and in this condition, they are fixed in the shorter direction and/or the longitudinal direction by a tying band 2 free of emission of the out-gas. The two core pieces 1 secured by the tying band 2 are put in from one side opening into the sack 3 whose three sides are heat sealed, put in a vacuum chamber and evacuated, and the remaining open side is heat sealed so as to form the intended vacuum heat insulating panel 4. In formation of the panel 4, the peripheral edges 5 of the two surfaces of the two core pieces 1, i.e. obverse and reverse, are pressed or cut in the range approximately 10 millimeters from their ends so as to make thinner than the portions other than the peripheral edges. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
